Employment in any division of the performing arts and entertainment industry is unpredictable. Work is erratic, security is fleeting and health insurance is often just a dream. For all of these reasons and many more.
AEG DIVERSITY AWARDS teaming up with Non-Profit Believe Foundation Charitable Trust provides funding along with children’s scholarships and other programs to further the career of future film and television professionals.
Our funding is principally directed to the following goals:
1.-Nurture the development of young artists in film and television through support for:
2-Scholarships/ fellowships and other support to undergraduate and graduate film schools in the United States & Canada.
3.-Pre-professional education and training programs for talented young artists from diverse backgrounds, primarily in the Los Angeles & Toronto Canada & Miami Florida region.
-High-caliber professional training and mentoring that successfully advance the projects, skills and industry relationships of outstanding new filmmakers and social media influencers worldwide.
4.-Promote cultural exchange and understanding through support for major programs and exhibitions that utilize film to ignite critical dialogue and promote global understanding.
-Priority is given to activities and events in the Los Angeles Toronto and Florida area.
-Support special projects, educational and cultural activities connected with the entertainment industry.
