Gold Table Sponsor Package:

Gala Table

WHAT IT INCLUDES:

• Private VIP at afterparty with a designated server
• Premium alcohol service
• 12 tickets are included in the event, and 2 tickets are free
• Logo placement at table (optional)
• Dinner with each ticket

• The title sponsor will be recognized as the presenting
company of the event, i.e., “AEG DIVERSITY AWARDS
presented by X” in all media mentions, social

materials

• Primary logo placement throughout the event

• Title sponsor will be featured on the main banner & media wall
at each event

• Opportunity to custom design sponsor-branded
installation within the venue for an engaging
sponsor-driven experience, including a separate
activity call-out included in all invitations and
collateral (e.g., featuring the “sponsor VIP Lounge”
or “Sponsor pop-up activity”)

• Tickets to the event, the number of which is to be
proportionate to partnership

• 10 tickets to the event
• No HST or service charges

• Category exclusivity and product
placement, pouring, or distribution
throughout the event
• Prominent logo placement and brand
acknowledgment in all social media,
promotional advertising and collateral
materials
• Use of sponsors’ branded merchandise
including bar essentials and promotional
items
• Brand placement in the venue, signage
and custom video projection
• Tickets to the event, the number of which
to be proportionate to a partnership

Use of Funds:

The Gala steering committee strives to maintain an event expense
to gross proceeds percentage of 35% or less.

Some of the most
sizeable expenses in producing the event are:

Entertainment/Audio-Visual Production | $40,000
